1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, suppliers and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The online promotion commences on 27/11/23 and closes 23.59 on 07/01/24 (“Entry Period”). No entries will be accepted outside of the Entry Period.
4. To enter the online promotion, register your details online to be in to win one of six weekly prizes.
5. By registering your details, you are opting in to receive Super Liquor promotional emails.
6. Limit of one entry per person, for the duration of the promotion.
7. Each weekly prize consists of a $1,000 Prezzy Card for the winner and a $1,000 Prezzy Card for a person of their choosing (“Prize”).
8. There are 6 prizes to be won in total.
9. The weekly draw will take place each Monday of the competition, except where that day is a public holiday. Such draws will take place on the first available working day thereafter. The first valid entries drawn will receive a Prize (“Winner”).
10. The Winner(s) will be notified by email and/ or text by no later than 22/01/24.
11. The Winner(s) will be announced on the Super Liquor Facebook page and via a Super Liquor EDM.
12. Prizes must be redeemed by 23.59 on 30/01/24.
13. Prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
14. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address, and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with this promotion.
16. All decisions of the Promoter (including selection of prize winners) are final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

The Promoter and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.

3. The instore promotion commences on 27/11/23 and closes 23.59 on 07/01/24 (“Entry Period”). No entries will be accepted outside of the Entry Period.
4. To enter the instore promotion, spend $40 or more in store within the entry period & text MATE to 2898.
5. By entering this promotion, you are opting in to receive promotional SMS messages from Super Liquor for the duration of the promotion. You can opt out by replying STOP at any time. Standard SMS/ data charges apply.
6. Limit of one entry per transaction. No more than 2 entries per week, per person.
7. Prize consists of one weekly prize over the six week entry period of a $1,000 Prezzy Card for the winner and a $1,000 Prezzy Card for a person of their choosing (“Prize”). There are 6 weekly prizes to be won across all participating stores.
